Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Accounting. Preferably Master Degree of Accounting.
• Minimum experience of 8 years in relevant field.
• SAP ERP experience will be added advantage.
•  Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in an unstructured startup / greenfield project environment.
• Strong traits of people management and development.

Key Responsibilities :

1.Accounting and Payments

• Responsible for accounting of all business transactions like AP, AR, Banking, etc.
• Ensuring maintenance of accounting hygiene and adherence to Group Accounting Policies.
• Responsible for reporting requirements for Inter Company Transactions, monthly reconciliations.
• Coordination with Head Office and other countries for various transactions, reporting and reconciliations.
• Assist reporting team in preparation of the financial statement of the companies.
• Review and approval of all payments to vendors, employees, government authorities, etc.
• Timely reconciliation and balance confirmation of all Trial Balance items.
• Review of customer collections, collection accounting and monthly reconciliations.
• Approving creation and modification of master data in accounting software.

2.Legal Compliance

• Responsible for legal and secretarial compliance.
• Filing of periodic reports to agencies like BKPM, Trade Ministry, etc.
• Coordinating and maintaining relationship with government authorities.

3.Internal controls and Audit

• Responsible for implementing various policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Carrying out periodic internal audits and ensuring implementation of corrective and preventive action.
• Coordinating with statutory auditors for all areas related to statutory audit.
• Emphasis on documentation/5S accuracy and completeness for all areas
