Lowongan Senior Digital Marketing Associate di PT Belanja Tanpa Batas

• Craft & Execute Marketing Strategy, Planning & Activities alongside Head of Marketing across all Media Channels
• Manage all third party agency (Social Media Design, Paid Ads, KOL, Photoshoot) & in-house Content Creator for all Marketing communication 
• Drive Marketing Campaign implementation on Social Media for store opening, existing stores, and assess against goals
• Work with different cross functional teams including Business Development, Operations in Marketing Channel (Social Media, Paid Ads) for Marketing Activation
• Work alongside the Visual Merchandiser & Operation team to create offline Marketing & Branding Collaterals in stores, malls
• Establish strong relationship with all media Marketing contacts (Mall Leasing / Marketing, influencers) for maximum coverage for the brands
• Work closely with the partners on brand identity to make sure all content is in-line with the brand guidelines
• Wiling to be placed WFO, in Green Lake City (Cipondoh, Tangerang)

The Must Haves :

• At least 3 years of experience in Digital / Brand Marketing (Preferably in Fashion industry)
• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Proven track record in successful Marketing Campaign in Social Media
• Strong collaboration & communication skills in order to work effectively with various team across functions, level, and background
• Strong analytical mindset and knowledge of performance marketing metrics and experience across driving digital strategies.
• Eager to learn, coach-able, and willing to accept new challenges in a fast paced & dynamic working environment (expanding fast! 14 outlets since December 2021!)

The Nice to haves:

• Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Canvas (simple design)
• Taste in Design, knowledgeable about Fashion brands
• Strong Passion in Marketing, and used to work in start-up environments
