1. Responsible for all jobs and activities of all members in Sample.

2. Plan to develop the process/procedure in the Sample Department so all progress and procedure become more efficient

3. Ensure the process of receiving detail requests for all sample processing from the Merchandiser runs correctly and appropriate to the client's requests.

4. Manage human resources to reach the Sample's target.

5. Manage client's compaints (depends by the case).

6. Supervise tailor's bonus point.

7. Compile and implement Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) for Sample Department.

8. Ensure SOP runs well.

9. Monitor and perform periodic check for Sample Products Quality.

10. Weekly meetings with all member of Sample Department.

11. Solve any occuring problem regarding operational or client's requirement.

12. Weekly meeting with management.

13. Assist sample technician for online meeting with clients for sample technical with MD as intermediary.
