- Assist HOD on all human resource activities including employment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitments, insurance, Manpower Planning, training and development;
- Manage the Time Attendance system and maintain up to date attendance record;
- Maintain and update staff records, administration of leave, staff resignation, termination, etc;
- Responsible for all immigration matters, expats management and general affairs ie: RPTKA, IMTA, KITAS, exit permit, business Visa and etc;
- Review and updating of company policy in Employee’s Handbook in line with UU13 and other labor regulations in Indonesia;
- Responsible for all staffs’ claims and expenses;
- Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources in Indonesia;
- Arranging & conducting interviews/ initial screening the candidates and assisting in recruitment processes;
- Prepare letters of offer, confirmation, promotion, increment, bonus, etc;
- Design and conduct new employee orientations;
- Administer and monitor performance management processes.

- At least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in human resource;
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills to liaise with different levels of staffs;
- Able to work independently with low supervision;
- Able to multi task while maintaining high level of accuracy;
- Able to converse well in both Bahasa and Mandarin languages to provide counselling and advice to Bahasa and Mandarin speaking line managers and staff.
