MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

• According to the PMC production plan schedule, reasonably plan the staffing and production tasks of each Production Line, and meet the plan to meet the delivery date;
• According to the reasonable allocation of existing production resources and external resources, the smooth operation of production in each Production Line is satisfied;
• Put forward reasonable optimization suggestions for planning and scheduling, and reduce the cost caused by transfer and transfer;
• Supervise the continuous training and guidance of each foreman to assess the operating skills of employees to achieve the individual output required by the process.;
• Encourage and motivate employees to work efficiently according to the personnel situation, and create a good working atmosphere;
• Put forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the process flow, coordinate the process department to solve production abnormalities and production bottlenecks, and improve product production efficiency;
• Evaluate manpower needs based on order volume and formulate labor standards;
• Divide and implement the quality responsibility of each process personnel;
• Analyze and review defective products, organize relevant personnel meetings to output effective improvement measures;
•  Focus on the management and control of process defects to reduce defects and reduce costs;
• Carry out production safety education, implement safety target management, and formulate emergency accident handling plans;
• Carry out safety inspections, do a good job in accident prevention and handling;
• Control the key parts, eliminate potential safety hazards, and prevent safety accidents;
• Responsible for the daily work management of personnel; training, guidance, education, supervision, training;
• The promotion and supervision of 6S in the production workshop;

QUALIFICATION

• Candidate must possess at least Educational Highschool or Above
• Familiar with standards related to electronic product design or production requirements in the manufacturing industry, experience in e-cigarettes is a plus;
• Have more than 2 years of working experience in the same position;
• Being fluent in English, and can speak Mandarin is a plus point；
• Proficiency in computer operation， Knowing about Microsoft Office (especially Excel)；
• Detail-oriented, responsible, honest and disciplined；
• Have good professional ethics, team spirit, communication skills and service awareness；
