Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Job Purpose: Providing the leadership within group of overall internal general affairs services. To ensure and manage all aspects of the company's general affairs, including GA assets & facilities management, Services, office administration, and vendor management align with company goals.

Key responsibilities include:

a.     Leadership direction:

  • To Develop policy, guideline, SOP within area General AffairsT
  • To lead and develop team by providing coaching and mentoring
  • To control and monitor and ensure GA work performance achieved
  • To ensure audit and compliance within GA are in place

b.     Asset management & Maintenance

  • To maintain office facility and utilities. Liaise with respected function to make sure the environment, office facilities, utilities including area of civil tidy and well maintained.
  • To record all assists within GA area such operational vehicle, office assets, building etc.
  • To supervise any work project related to area of civil, M/E such office renovation and or any corporate event.
  • To ensure the cleanliness & Hygiene overall work environment such as building, manufacture area, parking and internal office.
  • To support production in maintaining blower and such.

c.      GA material purchase and manage the inventory

  • To provide PR as per user need within area of GA material
  • To supervise routine and non-routine office purchase such as pantry and stationery stock, other new office facility and make sure the stock is sufficient, maintaining good relationship
  • To manage the GA material stock & GA warehouse
  • To bridging with Marketing vendor in managing the waste implementation and align with Finance Accounting to make sure the vendor invoice and all supporting document is completed, and payment done in timely manner.

d.      General Services

  • Customer services / receptionist
  • Managing Operational Vehicle & Shuttle
  • Managing the Corporate Event 
  • Execution of HSE Regulation & managing waste implementation.
  • To support overall operasional in consuming material such as petrol, gasoline, water etc, to ensure operational both office and production are in place.
  • To maintain external relation to support corporate program such as CSR, NGO, koperasi, district chief etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferable from Law, fluent in English both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in GA or Office Service with 5 years in leadership role.
  • Strong Leadership, wide networking, and excellent interpersonal skill.
  • Having good knowledge and experience in ESG (Environment Social Governance)
  • Self-Starter, Self-motivated, Ownership & Teamwork, Growth mindset, cost-conscious mindset.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
