General Job Description :

Handling legal, permit and litigation aspects and issues in property development field..

Apply effective risk management techniques and offering proactive advise on possible legal issues.

Requirements :

• 35-45 years old
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Law with minimum GPA 3,0. Master Degree would be an advantages.
• Minimum 10 years experiences handling in legal and permit in Real Estate/Developer, with at least 2 years in managerial position
• Skill/s : Has experiences in property industry is a must. High Integrity is A MUST. Good knowledge of OSS System. Responsible for Corporate Contract Documents. Strong Legal & Permit working experiences in Corporate Law, Land Acquisitions and Land Permit. Experiences in legal drafting, review, permit and compliance. Good communication & negotiation skills. Able to work with hug pressure and tight deadline.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Able to be placed in Surabaya and Gresik and mobile to another region.
