Job Descriptions :

• Create highly detailed building designs and drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design(CAD) applications.
• Communicate with construction professionals about the feasibility of a potential project
• Create highly accurate of building design, environmental impact and project budget.
• Ensuring the project is running according to schedule and budget.
• Playing part in project and management team
• Work closely with other professional teams such as building engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technology
• Selecting the Materials to be used and establishing the requirements for the project.
• Write and present reports, proposals, applications, and contracts.
• Adapt the plan according to the circumstances and resolve any problems that may arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Minimal education S1 Architecture or D3 Interior Design
• Minimal 5 years experience in the related field
• Have an experience in Cafe or Restaurant Projects is a plus
• Update with the latest design and interior's Trend
• Mastering Autocad, 3DMax, V-Ray, Photoshop, Ms Office applications
• Mastering Illustrator, Lumion, Revit/Archicad is a plus
• Discipline, communicative, honest, and responsible
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
