What you'll do:

1. Manage and organize the appropriate activities to conform to the applicable regulations of OJK and other regulatory bodies, including the reporting obligations, visits, and audits.

2. Build relationships with OJK and other regulatory bodies and related associations to identify product/service roadmap and industry best practice.

3. Carry out independent research, across many different areas of the regulation and other relevant industries

4. Provide continued support on the creation, standardization and implementation of company's internal policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures and standard operational guidelines in accordance to the relevant prevailing laws and regulations

5. Manage and supervise the proper activities required e.g. audits to provide holistic visibilities in terms of compliance and risk management implementation within the company.

What you'll need:

1. Min. 1-2 years of experience, with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Compliance, Governance and Risk Management field within advisory firms, banking, fintech, payment systems or other related fields.

2. Degree and educational qualification from Law education backgrounds.

3. Strong knowledge on AML/CTF regulations (own an AML certifications is highly preferable)

4. Strong knowledge of OJK, BI and PPATK Regulations, including but not limited to licensing, reporting obligation and transaction monitorin

5. Strong knowledge on Risk Management framework

6. Strong knowledge on regulatory requirements from OJK, etc. and also compliances best practices such as ISO 27001, etc.

7. Effective compliance and regulatory research and experience in drafting documentation in both English and Bahasa

8. Successful record in developing, implementing and maintaining compliance system and relevant internal standard procedure and guideline (SOP).
