PT. Trimulia Bangun Persada is an Indonesian General Contractor with major focus in steel & reinforced concrete structure. To support our business, mainly in manufacture and warehousing customers, we require someone who is able to adapt with dynamic and under pressure environment to be carried out with rapid progress, highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:

SENIOR COST CONTROL ENGINEER

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar field with min. 10 years of proven work experience as Cost Control, Estimator, QS, Project Manager.
• Able to interpret architectural and/or structural design, BoQ, WBS, and S-Curve
• Technically strong in project cost planning, scheduling and reporting
• Advanced knowledge of construction and engineering processes.
• Hardworking, good analytical skills, good interpersonal skill, good work ethics.
• Have broad knowledge in multi-discipline engineering project estimation, including civil, structures, mechanical/piping, electrical, and instrument control system.

Responsibility:

• Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project
• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
• Overview project timeline
• Validate all costings with relevant departments prior to submission to further ensure the accuracy of projected costings.
• Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
• Measure and value the work done on site
• Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers
