Lowongan HR GA Supervisor di PT Ilc Logistics Indonesia

Job Responsibilities :

1. Manage Job description, company agreement, HR policy, etc.
2. Conduct employee recruitment process
3. Manage employee training and development
4. Responsible to all HR Administration activity (Attendance, employee data, organization chart, HRIS, WLK, etc.)
5. Design and develop procedures, SOP and policy
6. Conduct coaching, mentoring counselling and disciplinary action
7. Manage performance evaluation based on KPI
8. Manage ISO 9001 : 2015 implementation in HR department

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
2. Maximum age : 30 years old
3. Minimum 3 years experiences as HR GA Supervisor
4. Good command in English both verbal and written
5. Able to communicate in Japanese and having working experiences in Japanese company will be advantages
6. Strong knowledge on labor regulations especially Omnibus Law
7. Experiences in ISO 9001 : 2015 will be an advantage
8. Having certification on HR will be an advantage
9. Willing to work in Karawang and Cikarang area (KIIC, Suryacipta, Delta Mas)
