Job Description

● Responsible for creating, maintain, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaign on all digital channels (Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, marketplace ads, etc.)

● Handle CPAs Facebook Campaign

● Conduct thorough keyword, A/B testing, and audience research to optimise campaign strategy

● Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives that align with target audience.

● Stay up to date with industry trend, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising. 

● Prepare regular reporting (weekly and monthly), communicating performance, and recommended optimizations.

● Ad-hoc project as necessary

Qualifications:

● Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

● Minimum of 2 years in Performance Marketing and SEO management.

● In-dept knowledge of advertising platforms, SEO, and their respective best practices.

● Able to analyze and transform sets of data into digital marketing strategy

● Strong Analytical skills and strategic / critical thinker

● Good interpersonal and communication skill.

● Experience in digital / performance marketing agency is a plus

● Experience in FMCG or beauty / skincare industry is a plus.

● Experience in e-commerce / marketplace operation is a plus
