Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Architecture or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in a shopping mall
• Required skill(s): Sketchup and AutoCAD
• Understand of ability to cost estimation (Bill of Quantity)
• Able and understanding of workshop drawing and material finishing
• Acts quickly, has a high sense of responsibility, can keep a dateline, and works with high speed & high accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills, a strong personality, discipline, and hardworking nature.
• Having experience of the new mall opening is welcome
• Willing to work in Cikarang Area (Delta Mas)
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group
• Applicants must be willing to work in shifting/weekend / public holiday

Job Description:

• Review and monitor the fit-out process for tenant units and island counters, starting from drawing submission, and fit-out consultation to ensure design and implementation are according to the mall's fit-out guide and standard, and day-to-day monitoring on site
• Advise, assist, and ensure work progress complies with the standard, as well as supervise contractor safety programs.
• Ensure all quality control procedures are executed for company projects at a work site in a timely and efficient manner.
• Planning the handover with the tenant and performing snag checks prior to handing it over to tenants.
• Develop and maintain applicable fit-out policies and procedures and liaise with contractor/vendor in regard to fitting out
• Organize, and accept the equipment and machinery needed for the company's projects.
• Provide planning fit-out activities and cost estimations of maintenance, repair and propose the development of building facilities
• Conduct incident/accident investigations and report recommended actions to management
• Liaise and perform active communication with all internal parties in AEON MALL in order to run smoothly of fit out program implementation
