Responsibilites :

•Identify market opportunities and the latest industry trends through thorough market research and analysis.

•Oversee research and development activities for new products or services to meet evolving market needs.

•Manage and collect data, analyze information, and identify innovative solutions.

•Build partnerships and maintain relationships with business partners, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders.

•Have a deep understanding of the latest trends, and best practices.

•Strong abilities in collecting and analyzing data, as well as the ability to make recommendations based on research findings.

•Good oral and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.

•Ability to think creatively and innovatively to develop new solutions and strategies Able to present research results clearly and persuasively to stakeholders

Requirement :

• min Bachelor's Degree

• 5 years Experience in Business Development especially in Chemical

• Proficient in English both written and spoken.

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

 Autonomy: Energetic and self-motivated, works under normal supervision with a high level of independence.
