Requirement:

1. Health is a priority.
2. At least 5 years’ working experience in M.E contractor or General contractor.
3. Fluent English is required whatever speaking or writing.
4. Have a good knowledge of electricity.
5. Can read all kinds of electrical drawing, if can edit will be a plus point.
6. Microsoft word excel ppt for working report is required.
7. Honest, responsible, and work hard.

Job description:

1. Establish and maintain relationships with client’s project team and general contractor to keep updated about opening new stores or renovating the existing stores.
2. Request detailed drawing from customers, estimate cost installation and then admin quote to client as well as to process PO.
3. Coordinate with clients for the flawless execution of projects, develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
4. Prepare all materials that installation request before starting project, ensure material availability and allocation. If materials have to be produced, we must make sure of the quality and accuracy same with the drawing.
5. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within standard, within scope and within budget.
6. Use appropriate techniques to manage our project team on site whatever our staff or freelance working in order and effectively. Meanwhile, manage materials/tools on site.
7. Update project status to client clearly (point by point) as needed (in WhatsApp Group).
8. Control risk to minimize project risks, especially safety and finance.
9. Survey and crosscheck with Client’s project team if the project is done, will repair or change once having defects.
10. Require BAST signed and process payment documents till receiving the payment.
11. If there is no installation work on site, arrange technician workers shift working in office for replacement or modification lighting.
