  • S1 / Bachelor Degree is a must
  • Will be located in our new regional branch in Surabaya
  • Fresh graduate or having 1-2 years work experience
  • Having knowledge about mom & baby stuff is an advantage.
  • Handling day to day operation process in Branch Surabaya i.e printing invoices, coordinate warehouse staff to prepare products, planning logistic route to maximize cost efficiency, and others operational task.
  • Handling Chat from Customers in WhatsApp
  • Supporting Sales Chat needs to Achieve Sales Growth
  • Post Purchase customer Follow-up
  • Complaint Handling
  • Honest, friendly and good attitude.
  • The first 3 months will have OJT (on the job training) in our Tangerang head office (kost & transport & training allowance will be provided)
  • Sales incentive monthly and quarterly
  • BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan, THR, Overtime
  • Casual attire
