Job Responsibilities:

• Generating new business and customers
• Develop business, network and cooperation with internal and external parties
• Following up on client referrals
• Maintaining regular contact with existing clients
• Negotiating rates with vendors
• Managing customer delivery process from start to the end to meet the time schedule
• Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues effectively and efficiently
• Meeting or exceeding all performance goals
• Plan and direct the hiring and training of new sales representatives
• Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally
• Prepare sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
• Track and analyse sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Prepare reports as needed
• Generate and sustain good customer relationships

Job Requirements:

• Have base customers.
• Maximum age 40 years old.
• Candidate must have at least a Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field preferred.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Fluently both writing and speaking English and or Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Required skills and well experience in custom, export and import procedures.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Can work as a solid team with other departments
• Has own transportation will be a consideration
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Flexible, highly committed and result oriented
• Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
