Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or a Related Field
• Having 5-years experience in Sales Telecommunication Managerial Grid
• Outstanding presentation skills, negotiation skills, and selling skills
• Have good leadership skills, sales planning, building relationships, coaching, and marketing knowledge

Responsibilities

• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales target for segmentation industry and territories
• Implement marketing strategies, support data(trends and results) for improvement strategy, and maintain customer database including pipeline
• Create, Implement and evaluate sales programs by developing sales action plans
• Create and manage budget for sales programs implementation in order to achieve sales target
• Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintain sales volume, solution products, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
• Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and support selling process as necessary
• As a part of team work in IE, support data to others department within deadline, fully coordinate and support others department process.
