Job Description :

Engage and manage external counsel for general legal, regulatory, permit, and/or administrative matters, also court proceedings in Indonesia.

Monitoring all licenses / Legal matter regarding to Company business (BPOM, Halal, ISO, Export certificate, Trademarks), as well as legal needs (agreement / contracts / etc)

Provide advice on general corporate, legal opinion, regulatory, administrative, and legal issues to Management & Shareholder

Maintain company's legal document validity are up to date (renewal / creating / etc), as well as filing & archiving of the documents

Helping to ensure HRGA process are running smoothly, especially in recruitment.

Job Requirements:

Min. Bachelor Degree in Law from a reputable University

Experienced for at least 2 years in Law firm and/or 4 years in Corporate Legal position

Has a strong knowledge of legal matters in terms of trademarks, licenses, export certificate.

Able to do Legal Drafting and giving Legal Opinion

Has passed Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat (PKPA) would be an advantage.

Have a good knowledge regarding Indonesian Labor Law is preferable

Proficient in English, both verbal and writing is a must

Team player & able to communicate effectively at all levels

Proactive, initiative, and able to work on less supervision
