Lowongan Account Receivable (AR) Officer di PT Murino Berjaya Indonesia

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer/Staff.
• Knowledgeable in excel.
• Understand the process of financial transactions (AR), AR reports, and journal entries.
• Great communication, analytical thinking, and time management.

Responsibilities

• Entering company funds incoming transactions in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly.
• Check the suitability of proof of payment (physical documents) with the actual condition of the company's account to avoid discrepancies in receipt data.
• Manage the allocation of payment processes from customers to company accounts in accordance with applicable regulations to facilitate the process of recording incoming funds.
• Monitor financial transactions at each branch/store to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, AR aging, outstanding transactions, and so on so they can be used to evaluate the company's financial condition.
• Handle daily financial transactions (AR).
• Do financial transactions report.
• Handle all financial administrative.
• Prepare rebate summary and rebate journal voucher
• Conduct cash account (min twice a month)
