Job Descriptions:

• Defining the necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance and Risk Management requirements across the organization
• Developing the annual work plan that reflects the organization's unique characteristics
• Providing strategic direction to the management team of Risk Management and compliance
• Preparing and presenting clear and concise compliance reports to the Head of Compliance
• Interacting with regulators
• Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations
• Developing policies and programs related to Fraud
• Coordinating internal review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departements
• Full understanding of end to end flow of mutual funds, stock market and risk involved
• Create and developing some products of Fund Manager Company

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience of relevant experience in Financial Services Company
• Good knowledge and experience with OJK regulations about stock market
• Exposure to ground management of risk team of fraud cased investigation
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and planning skills
• Self-driven with high initiative to problem solving
• Having WMI License will be preferred
