Job Description :

• Tidy and maintain the reception area
• Greet client and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Receive and connect telephone from internal / external as per procedure and taking the messages that need delivered
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks
• Handle incoming messenger for document taking / delivering, distributing mail
• Schedule appointment

Requirement :

• Good English or Mandarin Speaking and writing is more preffered
• Good Looking
• At least Diploma Degree
• Good communication skill
• 1 years working experience ( fresh graduated welcome)
• Familiar use of computers and Ms Office
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures is more preffered
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required
• Good on handling administration
