Job Desc:

1. Manage, monitor, improve and optimize ads, websites, social media, e-commerce and other digital assets according to predetermined KPI
2. Processing and analyzing ads data as a reference for ads optimization
3. Make sales reports that are up-to-date, accurate and can be used as ads references
4. Drafting campaign ideas, ads content & websites along with copywriting if needed
5. Work with PIC and sales team (CS) in increasing the closing rate
6. Support the marketing and sales team to achieve the company's sales targets.
7. Ensuring the budget ads in an effective and efficient condition in accordance with predetermined KPIs

Qualification:

1. Bachelor in marketing, business, commerce, sales or related fields, high school/equal are welcomed.
2. At least minimum 2 years experience in managing digital marketing & e-commerce
3. Good understanding in digital marketing metrics
4. Good understanding in keys area digital marketing (SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Account Professional Media/Website, E-Commerce Process, Facebook Ads, Ig, tiktok & landing page).
5. Able to work with team and individually
