The ideal candidate must have the following essential qualities:

1. High school diploma or equivalent, but more education, especially in management, is preferred.
2. 2-4 years experiences in managing teams at the Call Centre and experience as a leader is a must.
3. Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
4. Ability to coach, train, and motivate employees and evaluate their performance.
5. Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
6. Excellent problem solving, leadership, and call centre skills.
7. Familiarity with quality assurance
8. Willing to work in the weekend.
9. Physically fit and is an advocate of sports or fitness.

Call Centre Supervisor Responsibilities:

1. Hiring, training, and preparing call centre representatives to respond to customer questions and complaints and troubleshoot problems with services or products.
2. Ensuring agents understand and comply with all call centre objectives, performance standards, and policies.
3. Answering agent questions regarding best practices or difficult calls.
4. Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
5. Monitoring and evaluating agent performance, providing learning or coaching opportunities, and taking corrective action, if necessary.
6. Working with other supervisors and management team to support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
7. Preparing reports and analyzing data to assist management as they determine call centre goals.
8. Reporting directly to the Call Centre Manager.
