Deskripsi Pekerjaan

What you will do:

Maintain the quality of product database (up-to-date price and information) and assist in product input to the system
Assist in providing the most competitive sourcing of materials, followed by creating and managing purchase order to suppliersÂ
Handle incoming inquiries (WhatsApp, Email, et cetera.)
Oversee all transactions related to material procurements to suppliers, delivery of materials to customers, and after-sales
Monitor payments of materials and track status of all transactions (from purchase order until delivery)
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers
Prepare a clear and organized monthly reporting for all of the transactions
Work closely with the co-founders to continuously review and improve effectiveness on the operational side

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from arsitectural or electrical engineering.
Good project management skills to handle multiple projects at the same time, from crafting documentation to monitor execution
Detail-oriented, able to work independently with good time management skillsÂ
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office
Excellent written and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
Experience in a purchasing role, construction-related space is a must
Familiarity in customer service procedures is a plus
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment or have a strong interest in working in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment, which requires working on tasks beyond the job description
Good decision-making skills and the ability to navigate through ambiguous situations
Strong technical knowledge of construction materials is a plus
