Role:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and map their business processes to SAP.
• Create the functional specification documents for SAP configuration and customization.
• Provide coaching and training to end-users on SAP usage and best practices.
• Participate in the data cleansing and migration process to ensure the data is accurate and complete.
• Assist in the development of test cases and participate in testing to ensure the system meets the business requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to map them to SAP functionality.
• Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the project, and the ability to configure and customize them to meet business requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business stakeholders and end-users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
• Experience in coaching and training end-users on SAP usage and best practices.
• Familiarity with data cleansing and migration processes, with the ability to ensure the data is accurate and complete.
• Knowledge of testing processes and the ability to develop and execute test cases.
• Attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential issues and risks.
• 2-5 years work experience as a data analyst or product management
• Customer/user centric
• Advance with excel (able to perform complex formula, data analysis, and conditional formatting.
• Bachelor Degree
• Typing speed ability minimum: 60 word per minute
