QUALIFICATIONS:

• Aged around 20 - 30 Years Old
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree in Management or any field
• Minimum of two years experience as PPIC Staff in Food / Catering Industry or in the same field
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office esp. Microsoft Excel)
• Attention to detail, accuracy and deadline oriented
• Have a strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
• Good communication and Negotiation skills
• Able to work independently or in teams
• Possess strong Religious characters
• Fluent in English will be an advantage
• Ready to join as soon as possible

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Calculating and reporting the estimated next month's Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
• Calculating and reporting the actual last month's Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
• Making raw material request form for suppliers
• Compiling monthly receive orders (RO)
• Compiling PO report
• Input the data of incoming goods from the supplier into the daily inventory data
• Checking invoices and travel documents received from suppliers according to the resto request form
• Input plate data and leftover food serving
• Print daily recipe standards for kitchen production
• Doing monthly warehouse stock opname
