Lowongan Purchasing Supervisor di PT The Labyrinth Collective

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position helps sourcing and buy materials, goods, and services on behalf of PT. Labyrinth Collective for daily operations needs. Purchasing Supervisor may also conduct research, negotiate with vendors, and interview prospective suppliers . This position will be reporting to Finance Manager.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers for the current and future project needs.
• Request quotes from potential vendors and suppliers and compare prices.
• Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality.
• Negotiate appropriate contract terms for pricing and supply.
• Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising admin, and allocating tasks.
• Process procurement service requests and purchase requisitions in a timely manner.
• Track incoming goods and services, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time.
• Reviews and evaluates purchase request forms for accuracy and completeness.
• Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors.
• Organize and update the database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies on a weekly and monthly basis .
• Distributes purchasing information to involved parties including vendors, sales representatives, and employees.

REQUIREMENTS

• Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Proactive, highly motivated and flexible
• Ability to multitasking (prioritizing, organizing, and shifting focus when needed)
• Experienced with Ms. Office and Google Workspace

QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Bachelors degree preferably accountancy or finance
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar role
• Must be able to provide an original copy degree, certificates, & reference letter.
