Lowongan Export Import Supervisor for Medan Branch di PT Bdp Indonesia

PRIMARY ROLE:

• To ensure all export and import jobs are being processed completely and accurately in order to achieve excellent service and create the BDP Experience. 
• Develop, guide and monitor direct subordinate to achieve optimal performance through coaching, training and other developmental tools

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Verify all export and import jobs meets customer’s target
• Supervise export and import staff to ensure error minimization, zero delays and to maximize productivity
• Maintain close relationship with customers by proactive and responsive communications
• Responsible for ensuring that BDP’s Management System Standards are followed and enforced
• Provide recommendation on staff performance to Operations Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Logistics, Suply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major
• Minimum 3 years experiences as coordinator or team leader or same positions, in freight forwarding/logistic business
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Posses effective supervisory skill
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in Medan
