Lowongan Warehouse Coordinator di PT Glico Indonesia

This position plays the role of make sure daily activity of warehouse is meet with daily / weekly target, starting from incoming activity/picking/put aaway, delivery to production process and DC.

Responsibility:

1. Receiving Raw and Packaging Material Monitoring.

• Check all of document from suppliers are accordance with SOP Requirement.
• Problem solving and escalate daily issue in Warehouse Area.
• Ensure labelling process for material identification is runs correctly.
• Operate SAP System.

2. Material Storage & Control

• Ensure all of incoming raw and packaging materials is stored correctly, Based on storage matrics.
• Ensure all of FG from production process is stored correctly based on storage matric.
• Ensure all of storage room temperature & Rh is match with standard.

3. Material Transfer

• Ensure the material preparation and transfer process to production is meet with the target and in accordance with transfer slip. (Quantity & Lot)
• Ensure preparation and delivery material to DC is meet the target with correct quantity and batch based on DO / picking list.
• Operate SAP System.

4. Food Safety Culture Monitoring

• Carry out activity is accordance with, GMP, HSE, HAS:23000, SNI, RSPO & FSSC:23000

Requirement:

• University Degree in D3 / S1
• Demonstrate experience in 3 Years (D3) / 1 Year (S1)
• Knowledge of Distribution and Warehouse operation
• Knowledge in Inventory control
• Good knowledge of Warehouse operation and SAP skill in order to manage stock condition
• computer skills include SAP and MS Office.
• Abble to drive electrical forklift and have a licence.
