Lowongan Sales Marketing Manager di PT Luhai Industrial

Responsibilities:

Monitor industry trends and market competitors to support sales goals

Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan

Responsible for overall company's marketing strategies

Propose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes

Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, and retention

Confidently deliver presentations to varying internal and external audiences

Develop and implement Sales Target for short-term and long term plan

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any major

Must have 7+ years experience in sales and marketing in Manufacturing Industries 

Familiar with handling Retail & E-commerce

Fluent in English, Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience leading in a high-matrix organization

Experience in leading mid-sized teams

Strong executive level presentation and communications skills

Superior business acumen and analytical skills

International exposure or experience in a multinational company is a plus

Have good analytical thinking and negotiation skill

Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
