Lowongan Buyer for Platform (New Project) di PT Piaggio Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Support for supplier sourcing and selection by sending Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), RFQs, Contract.
• Perform competitiveness analyst and negotiation with supplier and manage daily purchase activity following the policy.\
• Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
• Work as team with other function within internal group companies in local and overseas
• Learn business process, government regulation and overseas regulation of procurement.
• Prepare and process all material plans and ensure compliance to all purchasing policies.
• Monitor the trial process, documented, reported according to the procedure and plan.

Buyer Requirements:

• Min. 5 years experiences as Purchasing in automotive manufacturing company
• Min. Bachelors Degree (Engineering will be advantage)
• Able to read technical Drawing and cost breakdown with deep analyst
• Understand about manufacture process
• Have experience in New Project Parts Development
• Excellent in Cost Analysis and Price Negotiation
• Great to excellent command in English
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work with detail and minimum direction
• Able to work multitasking
• Has good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Able to manage time well (Time Management) and if necessary for travelling
