 Job Description:

• Maintain as effective site communication hub to office
• Monitor and manage project schedule
• Coordinate internally and externally to ensure smooth project implementation
• Maintain of proper records and filling system.
• Sorts and prepares documents of scanning.
• Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) 
• Prepare project claim.
• Maintain project petty cash claim report.
• Assist project and ad-hoc assigned by Superior. 
• Record site team attendance report every month.
• Preparing D/O, Tools & Equipment Form. 

 Job Requirements:

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Words)
• Able to work independently, responsible and highly self-motivated. 
• Able to coordinate and report remotely to colleague.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
