JOB SUMMARY
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Responsible for maintenance and repair container
- Maintenance and repair must comply with Group Criteria and IICL Method
- Perform parameter inspection dimension and method of repair
- Our own depot performance efficient price and repair work quality align with Group policy
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Has to go through day-to-day inspection to review EOR whether repair or reject
- Daily monitoring EOR in imars
- Review EOR tariffs to be comply with imars tariff
- Doing survey / inspection of damage containers has to be done strict way
- Day-to-day identify and report for TPC (Third Party Claim) and liaise with finance team
- Ensure the repair comply with IICL method and policy based on superior approval
- Monitoring Grade A & upgrade container at depot
- Daily repair report situation, uncompleted and completed repair
- Ensure all depot comply with Group Criteria
- Regularly pre & post-repaired survey to be done
- Keep communication with depot estimator and surveyor. He must be the first person to know very well our CMA Criteria
- Physical checking for idle container and report weekly
- Close working coordination with JKT logistics and M&R team also ARO
- Any other assignments as and when assigned by direct superior
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Level of Qualification:
- Minimum 1 - 3 years working experience in Shipping Agency Operation
- Bachelors Degree in Sea Transportation Management preferably in Logistics or qualified in handling M&R
- English Fluency in communication and correspondence
- Knowledge of CMA Criteria and IICL Method is a must
- Proficient in system and computer literacy
- High integrity
- Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems
- Willing to work overtime
