Lowongan IATF 16949 Automotive Lead Auditor di PT Tuv Sud Indonesia

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for conducting 3rd party audits in areas of IATF16949:2016 (Automotive) and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. We welcome candidates who are keen to take up regional exposure and the following key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, performing and complete client audits for Quality management system certification schemes – IATF16949 (Automotive) and ISO9001:2015.
• Coordinate internal and external communication regarding client management needs such as audit planning and amendments to client database information.
• Apply knowledge of business improvement techniques, when auditing client organization
• Provide customer focus and value added auditing to the clients
• Actively maintain and monitor to ensure achieving relevant audit performance indicators (including lead time, rejection rate and competence development).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in any Engineering discipline
• Has qualification as Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 / IATF16949 from recognized Certification Body.
• Has qualification as Lead Auditor in other standards: ISO 14001 / ISO45001 / ISO37001 from recognized Certification Body would be an added advantage.
• At least 6 years full-time professional experience (for the last 15 years) in the automotive, for example OEM, Tier 1, Tier 2), IATF16949 Certified company or similar industry, at least 2 years of them in the quality sector.
• Knowledge of Automotive Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP)
• Have a demonstrated knowledge and experience of Quality Management System. However, good knowledge in Occupational Health and/or Safety and Environmental (HSE) / Energy Management Systems areas would be an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English, and good communication skills in reporting and professional presentation
• Confidence in dealing and communicating with all levels of a business from Executives to operational levels
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills. In-depth experience across a broad range of industries will also be seen as a definite advantage.
• Frequent travel for audit is required, including at remote areas or overseas.
