We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance and Tax Accountant to join our finance team. As a Finance and Tax Accountant, you will play a vital role in managing financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Your expertise in accounting, financial analysis, and tax law will contribute to the financial health and compliance of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare summary calculations and report for Vat-In & Vat-out (EFL & PIC)
• Prepare Invoice & Tax Invoice (EFL & PIC)
• Prepare E-Billing for VAT, PPH 23-26, PPH 25, PPH 4(2) (EFL & PIC)
• Prepare summary calculations and report for PPH 23 & PPH 4 (2) (EFL & PIC)
• Liaise with Tax Consultant for prepare documents for Tax Audit (EFL & PIC)
• Prepare Tax Equalization for VAT (EFL & PIC)
• Preparing tax deductions for Vendors (E-Bupot Unification) (EFL & PIC)
• Collect withholding Tax Slip from Customer (Prepaid PPH 23 & Prepaid PPH 22) (EFL & PIC)
• Prepare payments to vendors, reimbursement for medical costs, and tax payments to the state treasury (EFL & PIC)
• Record and check all sales transactions (EFL & PIC)
• Prepare AR reconciliation with bank mutations (EFL & PIC)
• Prepare reconciliation bank (EFL & PIC)
• Posting invoice, bank in & out (EFL & PIC)

The Ideal Candidate should possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred. At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in accounting and tax roles, demonstrating strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
