Qualification

• Maximum of 30 years old
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting
• Able to work in a fast, multitask and work under pressure
• Detail oriented person
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the finance or accounting field is a plus
• Good analytical skill and good time management
• Sharp intuition for internal control and able to identify potential risk
• Ability to work under pressure, strict deadlines and attention to detail
• Honest, trustworthy and fast learner

Responsibilities

• Prepares asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports
• Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
• Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
• Secures financial information by completing data base backupsDocuments financial transactions by entering account information
