JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Have Experience In Logistics or Other Related Positions
- Understand the principles and practices of logistics management
- Mastering the use of logistics software and related information systems
- Have good communication skills

- Has the ability to optimize the layout of goods
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Make logistics plans and budgets in accordance with company goals and strategies.
- Conducting an analysis of the needs of goods and services, both from the internal and external sides of the company.
- Maintain good relations with suppliers, vendors, partners and customers regarding the logistics process.
- Carry out the process of procuring goods and services in accordance with the specified pacificators, quanty, price, and time.
- Take care of administration and documents related to the process of procurement of goods and services, such as orders, invoices, receipts, travel documents, etc.
- Manage inventory of goods and services in warehouses or other storage areas, including checking stock, seƫng layout, maintenance and security.
- Arrange schedules and routes for delivery of goods and services to customers or other destination location by considering factors such as vehicle capacity, traffic conditions, weather, etc.
- Supervise the process of delivery of goods and services from start to finish, including coordinating with related parties such as drivers, couriers, expedions, etc.
- Ensuring that goods and services delivered comply with established criteria, such as quality, quanty, physical condion, etc.
- Resolving problems or problems that may occur during the logistics process, such as delays, damage, loss, etc.
- Evaluating and monitoring the performance of the logistics process on a regular basis, both quantitavely and qualitatively.
- Create logistics reports that include data such as the amount of incoming and outgoing goods and services, logistics costs incurred, level of customer satisfaction, etc.
- Provide suggestions or suggestions for improvements related to the logistics process to superiors or related parties.
- Maintain good and effective communication with all parties involved in the logistics process.
- Increase knowledge and skills related to logistics through training, seminars, workshops, or other learning resources.
