JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Have Experience In Logistics or Other Related Positions
  2. Understand the principles and practices of logistics management
  3. Mastering the use of logistics software and related information systems
  4. Have good communication skills
  5. Have strong analytical Skills
  6. Can work with a team
  7. Has the ability to optimize the layout of goods

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  1. Make logistics plans and budgets in accordance with company goals and strategies.
  2. Conducting an analysis of the needs of goods and services, both from the internal and external sides of the company.
  3. Maintain good relations with suppliers, vendors, partners and customers regarding the logistics process.
  4. Carry out the process of procuring goods and services in accordance with the specified pacificators, quanty, price, and time.
  5. Take care of administration and documents related to the process of procurement of goods and services, such as orders, invoices, receipts, travel documents, etc.
  6. Manage inventory of goods and services in warehouses or other storage areas, including checking stock, seƫng layout, maintenance and security.
  7. Arrange schedules and routes for delivery of goods and services to customers or other destination location by considering factors such as vehicle capacity, traffic conditions, weather, etc.
  8. Supervise the process of delivery of goods and services from start to finish, including coordinating with related parties such as drivers, couriers, expedions, etc.
  9. Ensuring that goods and services delivered comply with established criteria, such as quality, quanty, physical condion, etc.
  10. Resolving problems or problems that may occur during the logistics process, such as delays, damage, loss, etc.
  11. Evaluating and monitoring the performance of the logistics process on a regular basis, both quantitavely and qualitatively.
  12. Create logistics reports that include data such as the amount of incoming and outgoing goods and services, logistics costs incurred, level of customer satisfaction, etc.
  13. Provide suggestions or suggestions for improvements related to the logistics process to superiors or related parties.
  14. Maintain good and effective communication with all parties involved in the logistics process.
  15. Increase knowledge and skills related to logistics through training, seminars, workshops, or other learning resources.
