INTRODUCTION:

The primary focus of these duties is to manage bookings for the boats operated by our company, including Aliikai, Jakare, Ikan Kayu, and Celestia, as well as upcoming boats managed by us, such as Mutiara Lautand Jinggo Janggo. Collect the passenger information, and the payment and assist our clients during the booking process.

Additionally, this responsibility extends to managing the top sales bookings on Hello Indo, irrespective ofthe type of boat.

You will be working closely with the operations team in organizing and preparing for our clients' cruisespre and post. Attention to detail is very important!

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY:

1.     Send a booking confirmation for boats managed by our company, as well as for the top sales ‘bookings.

2.     Assist guests in making payments.

3.     If a guest has not provided proof of payment within 3 days of receiving the booking confirmation, kindly send a friendly reminder regarding the payment.

4.     Forward the proof of payment to our accounting department for further verification.

5.     Upon receiving payment from the guest, securely store the invoice and receipt in our Dropbox,organized by the respective boat’s name.

6.     Send the receipt and begin collecting passenger information, including:

a.     Passports for all passengers

b.     Covid vaccination certificates for all passengers

c.     Dive certificates and dive insurance (if applicable; please confirm with the agent if the boatprovides diving activities)

d.     Guest form (adjust the form according to the boat name)

e.     Terms & Conditions (adjust the T&Cs according to the boat name)

7.     While collecting passenger information, guests may have numerous questions. Ensure all  their queries and requests are addressed and conveyed accurately. Respond to them promptly.

8.     Store all the passenger information securely in our Dropbox according to the boat name.

9.     All passenger information must be sent to the boat operator at least 4 weeks prior to the departuredate -> note to them every specific request from the clients (if any).

10.  Please verify that all passenger information is complete and free of any missing details.

11.  Sending a reminder for balance payment from the guest 7 days before the balance paymentis due.

Qualification :

1. Fluent in English

1. Minimum 1-year experience as Sales Admin
