JOB DESCRIPTION

• Record and process daily financial transactions, including journal entries, receipts, expenses, and general bookkeeping.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.

• Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities

• Able to make monthly and annual financial reports on time

• Participate in internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.

• Able to handle auditors and provide explanations related to financial

reports.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for business process improvement.

• Managing company petty cash, company cash flow and manage bank accounts, including transaction settlement.

• Prepare & file required tax reports, ensure compliance with tax regulations.

• Work closely with other departments to ensure proper accounting and support business needs.

• Ensure the use of up-to-date accounting systems and software to improve the efficiency of accounting processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in spoken and written English is a MUST.

• Bachelor's Degree(S1) in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Work experience at least 2 years in accounting or related position, especially for more senior position.

• Understand applicable financial and tax regulations and ensure the company complies with them.

• Understand various types of taxes, such as income tax(PPh), PPN, PPh23, PPh 21, and others tax.

• Ability to use accounting software such as QuickBooks, Accurate, Excel, SAP, or similar software.

• Ability to analyze financial data and create accurate reports.

• Ability to critically assess financial information, identify discrepancies and make recommendations for improvement.

• Ability to adapt to changes in accounting standards, technology, and company business changes.

• Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with various parties, including tax authorities, clients, and internal teams.

• Have a high work ethic and understand the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (OPTIONAL)

• Earning certifications such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CA (Chartered Accountant) or similar certifications can be a plus
