PMA Company in Bandung Required the Following Urgently:       

Responsibilities:              

• Processing and ensuring completeness of agreement requests
• Processing company permit and license in OSS and liaise with related department regarding the completion
• Ensure all company license and permit are comply, available and well archived
• Updating national and local regulations, specificially related to company licensing             
• Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including partnerships with third parties, customer contracts, vendor agreements,etc                           
• Risk Management: Identify and provide guidance legal risks associated with business operations
• Provide legal advice based on request
• Determine targets and to do lists for short-term, medium-term and long-term legal projects                        

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of legal experience, with minimum bachelor degree in law
• Proficiency in English is a plus    
• Expert in licensing and law
• Excellent skill of agreement drafting and ability of document filing & administration
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills              
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bandung domicile
