We are seeking for dynamic and highly devoted professionals who loves to grow to be a part of our Team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve sales revenues and target visitors to Trade and Lifestyle Exhibition.
• Research and collect market insights and implement strategic business plan to increase sales revenues and identify relevant stakeholders for collaboration.
• Develop and execute effective marketing communications campaigns and activities including advertising, promotion, sponsorship, public relations, website, EDM, marketing collaterals and social media.
• To work closely with media agencies/PR firms to negotiate the best deals in order to maximise the marketing budgets.
• Prepare and develop media plans, budgets and expenditures.
• To work closely and support the Sales & Marketing team to facilitate execution of marketing plans.
• To recommend marketing tools from communications aspects to assist Sales & Marketing team to achieve better selling success, including collaterals, presentation materials, company/industry profiles, etc.
• To work closely with clients and develop good rapport to identify market opportunities and business growth.

Requirements:

• A degree in Marketing/Business Administration/Marketing Communications or the equivalent from a recognized university with at least 8 years of experience in handling marketing communications - preferably in MICE industry.
• Good PR and communication skills (English will be an advantage)
• Creative, passionate, meticulous, excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to do copywriting will be a plus.
• Must have good organizational skills and have ability to accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes through effective prioritization of duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
