Lowongan Fit Out Officer di PT Pacific Place Jakarta

Main Accountabilities:

1) Provide direction, carry out inspections and provide responses to design drawings received from the lessee so that the design is made in accordance with the Standard Design Regulations (guidelines) for fittings at Pacific Place.

2) Coordinate with relevant departments in the context of carrying out fitting out and civil works so that the work can be in accordance with the plan and completed on time.

3) Monitor and check the progress of the tenant fitting out work carried out by the tenant contractor and civil work carried out by subcontractors so that it runs according to the approved plan, according to the planned schedule.

4) Recommend contractors, provide technical explanations and check price offers offered by contractors – both fit out and civil work – so that they are in accordance with the design plans and volume of work that has been made.

5) Create and propose alternative solutions to superiors when resolving problems both technical and administrative in nature with tenants or contractors so that problems can be resolved properly.

6) Carrying out administrative tasks (minutes and work reports) so that all work is well documented.

Requirement:

• S1 (interior design / Architect / Civil)

• At least 1 year experience in the same field

• Can read and analyze work drawings and designs

• Attention to detail

• Advanced computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, etc.)
