Main Responsibility

  • Implement financial policies to guarantee operational efficiency
  • Ensure to follow financial regulations to avoid penalties
  • Ensure companies can benefit from tax programs that can save money on taxes
  • Process of reporting, calculating, and filing a company’s income and expenses

Job description

  • Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions
  • Records Finance are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that financial goals are aligned with overall business objectives
  • Prepare tax provisions schedules, returns, payments, reports and maintain a company’s tax database
  • Find tax solutions to complicated tax issues or errors from incorrect tax filings
  • Identify legal tax savings and recommend ways to improve profits
  • Make sure that clients comply with tax regulations and terms in local
  • Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish tax burden
  • Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work
  • Accurately prepare quarterly and annual tax reports
  • Keep track of industry trends and changes related to taxes
  • Regularly reviewing systems and making updates and improvements where necessary
  • Engaging regularly with clients and maintaining strong relationships
  • Identifying areas where clients and businesses can reduce tax, make claims and increase profit
  • Understanding financial landscape and market trends

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years experience as a tax accountant or similar role.
  • Have Tax Brevet Certification
  • Good understanding of MS Office and accounting software (ERP system is preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Advantage having basic knowledge with INSW and OSS RBA
  • Preferred able to converse and read English language
  • Willing to be placed in SEI MANGKEI, Kabupaten Simalungun
