Lowongan Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Officer di PT Rhenus Logistics Indonesia

Responsibilities :

• Create draft PEB/PIB base on shipping documents from customer.
• Ensure the correctness and completeness of shipping documents before transmit data to EDI.
• Closely monitor with customs for EDI respond.
• Follow up with customs for any STPNP, blockage and any other customs issues.
• Provide info for export and import restriction’s permit.
• Assist operation team for any customs clearance information and issues.
• Update for any new export and import customs regulation and share it to Superior. 
• Ensure compliance of documents with Indonesia regulations.
• Report any job-related problems, complaints to Superior.

Qualification :

• University graduate in any fields.
• Having PPJK license is an advantage.
• Have a good service mind.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Able to operate PC and have a good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Can communicate English and Bahasa both spoken and written effectively.
• Capable of handling and dealing with different level people.
• Must be organized.
