Lowongan Strategic Purchasing di PT Formosa Bag Indonesia

Job Descriptions : 

- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.

- Develops and maintains relationships with prospective suppliers by visiting locations and discussing product, quality, price, delivery cycles, and payment terms.

- Sourcing for machinery, spare part, service and other based on the requirement from factory in term of quality, price, and specification.

- Make and ensure the administration processes related such as sales contract, service contract, supplier evaluation, agreement, etc.

- Communicated with suppliers and vendors for delivery issues, damages, and other related discrepancies.

- Provide support for All Departement (General Affair, Production , QC, Lab, Warehouse, Engineering, IT, HSE, and Finance).

- Preparing cost statement reports to evaluate savings.

Job Requirements :

 1. Engaged in direct / raw material procurement & developmnet work for 1-2 years 

 2. Passionate about supply chain management

 3. Skilled in ms office software & other information systems (OA, ERP, SAP, etc ) 

 4. Fluent in English or Mandarin 

 5. Rich experience in sourcing & supplier management

 6. Good data analysis & reporting / presentation skills

 7. Ready to be placed in Grobogan (Central Java)
