• Control product In & Out and planning for New products/GWP launch.
• New product pricing.
• Deploy GWP, Samples and develop local GWP.
• Update/ plan for the Marketing calendar.
• Achieve daily & monthly sales targets, drive sales and increase customer database & flow.
• Review brand & sales performance with monthly reporting after each launch.
• Planning for Monthly Sales, product Strategy.
• Set Sales and Engine Product Target by Store, by Month.
• Handle P&L and budgeting costs.
• Work closely with the retail operation & marketing to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives & ROI.
• Assist in other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• Have experience minimum 3 years in beauty industry.
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Familiar with data & using SAP system.
