Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage the company’s social media strategy
• Set social media targets and performance metrics
• Carry out content planning, editorial plan and manage to copywrite of the company’s TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Website, Twitter, etc
• Plan content calendars and manage the day-to-day messaging, monitoring, and moderation of all social media channels
• Creating content consistently and according to brand identity
• Monitor, evaluate and report the progress and results of all related activities of all social media platform monthly
• Active communicate with team design, video and marketing to get quality content
• Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of social handles
• Organize and develop program with influencer/KOL
• Stay Up to date with the latest digital media best practice and technologies, trend spotting
• Analyze social media trends, reinforce and refocus key messages
• Have a communication with the audience to increase engagement

Special Qualifications :

·        Proficient in any Digital Platforms & Marketing

·        Proficient in Ads management

·        Creative, fast learner, work well under pressure

·        Skilled in Copywriting

·        Proficient with social media reporting tools

·        Experienced with KOL Management

·        Familiar with and interested in personal care products and household products

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing Communication / Public Relation / Information Technology / Information System
• Minimum 2 years working experience in social media management
• Proficiency in content creation on Instagram,TikTok, Youtube and other social media paltform
• Good attitude & comfortable in front of a camera (public speaking or hosting experience is a plus)
• Able to operating design and video editing software (example : Adobe, Canva, Cap cut)
• Have experience in building social media account is a plus
• Have experience in digital agency is a plus
• Must have passion for creating creative and engaging content
• Able to work in teams or individual
