Job Description:

• Build up relationship with applicators, contractor, and developer to create brand awareness among project market
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Ensuring sales target to be achieved.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable from Civil Engineering/ Architect
• At least 2 years working experience in building material products business
• Strong ability to communicate and work collaboratively with others
• Good communication & public relation skill
• Good salesmanship, driving for results and proactive
