Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side components of web applications. 
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability. Debug and resolve issues in the codebase. 
• Mentor and guide junior and middle-level developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain server-side components of web applications. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expertise in server-side programming languages (Node.js, Express JS, PHP, Python).
• Deep understanding of databases, web services, and cloud computing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading a team of developers.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
